QA/QC Introduction

This department mostly takes charge of the quality standards of raw materials, middle-substance, semi-article, finished products and packing materials, adding the inner standards and the drawing, emending, testing of the inspection rules; the management of the inspecting equipment and reagent; monitoring the using water and lustration area; estimating and checking the stability of products; managing and monitoring the samples.

Microbe limit testing, instrument analysis and sample observing are all operated in the department. At present, there are 10 checkers and total of them have over 5 years' experiences. They can skillfully operate the various apparatuses and inspect the products with related methods which are stipulated in CP, USP, EP and JP.
